A young boy is the sole survivor when his village is wiped out by the oppressive regime that runs his country. He grows and becomes a brilliant scientist, but is forced to work on bio weapons for that same regime. He becomes convinced that the only reason the regime can survive is because of the weapons and support supplied by the USA. In order to help his own people, he needs to make the American people understand what their government is doing so that they will demand change, and he decides on a terrible biological attack to grab their attention. Can he save millions by bringing horrendous suffering and death to hundreds?
