About the Author

Derek Ailes is a science fiction & horror writer. He is also a political satirist. In 2013, he released his first horror short story anthology: "Journey Into the Unknown" with Mark Cusco Ailes. In 1985 he wrote his first short story: "The Day It Rained Candy." He also started writing a science fiction series called "Power Force." In 1994 he published his first short story: "The Night Of the Living Redheads." He also contributes stories to Short Fiction Break. He is currently working on the novel "Beast Within" due out in 2016.
