Cries Beneath the Sand

A photographer, on assignment for a very special client who is asking him to bring back something that is one of a kind and precious. His journey takes him into one of the harshest and most desolate places in California. He will find that the place that he goes and the assignment he tries to complete is fraught with twists and turns and ghosts from past journeys that will take him to places he never imagined and leave him with questions he may never be able to answer. His journey brings him face to face with two women, one who is an integral part of his life and one who gets him to admit his true self. They both try and guide him from very different perspectives, but to the same outcome. His travels introduce him to the best in people and also the worst in people and at times he finds it hard to distinguish between the two, but his life and the success of his assignment hinges on him doing just that. In the end he will have to contend with what he has always believed to be true and what he may never be able to understand.
