Jessica, a sixteen-year-old young woman, is starting her junior year in high school. After the first day of school, she comes home and sees that a new family is moving in next door to her. The family only consists of a father and a son. As the school year progresses Jessica realizes that the son, Alexander, is never out in daylight, she becomes intrigued with him. She doesn’t know that he is a creature of the dark, and that he has come to make her one of them.
