This prequel takes place two years before End of the Long Walk. Sixteen-year-old Cindy Daniels wants nothing more than to blow off the Pniese and be with her popular boyfriend, Dylan. When Dylan invites her to his Halloween party, Cindy takes the irresponsible path as she attempts to juggle Dylan and fighting the undead. This year, a cyclops is missing a contact lens, a goblin must be stopped from eating a fairy, and a demon clown vows revenge against the Pniese as he resurrects a zombie circus.
