On the downward slide towards retirement after a disappointing career as a Honolulu police officer, Detective Gouverneur McKoy’s world is turned upside down when Samael, an archangel, tells McKoy God wants to pay him back for a wrong he thinks he did to McKoy in a previous life. In other words, God owes him one. This opens the door for a larger supernatural adventure when McKoy enlists the help of Samael and the infamous Lilith to fight their way through the various levels of Hell pursuing Satan to retrieve a soul he has stolen. For McKoy, it is a danger-filled adventure no human has ever experienced as he finds himself facing demons, semi-gods, and fallen angels in the hostile supernatural environment of Hell. Little do they know they are pawns in a larger scheme Satan had in mind that will impact all of mankind.
