The Phoenix & The Crow (The Hope Child Series)

When Roselyn first hears the voice, it is clear and alluring. She is dazzled by the woman's voice and by the enchanting well sitting beside her. When Roselyn hears the voice another time, it is sharp and abusive. It is a voice she both wants to be rid of and attached to. When she first meets RayLark, she is attracted to him but also frightened. The second time she meets him, he is a distraction from her mundane world that has been unraveling before her eyes. The third time, he is a dangerous token of Hope that lures her into an enchanted world that is vibrant with possibilities, the Realms of Jeandin Rei. She is given a purpose and control of her new life, she is also given wondrous power. But all power has a price and Roselyn is faced with the terrible burden of being the One they call the Hope Child- a prophetical monarch with the most fearsome, unknown Gift that will restore balance to all of the Realms. She is their Phoenix, their Rebirth.
