When the carnival rolled into Bristol, the second stop of the season, the reception was not what the twins expected. Balloons, filled with god knows what, were thrown at them by the members of the congregation of the Bristol Primitive Baptist Church. That was the first of many situations the twins, Nadya and Tanya Brighton, faced in the bedlam that ensued in Bristol. It didn't take long for them to meet Chief Bubba Stump. On top of all the bedlam, there was a letter to deliver to Abigail Fairchild, the contents unknown to the twins. All of this occurred at the same time as one of the special days for Wiccans, the Festival of Beltane. Add in the usual Tarot card and palm readings of Madame Esmerlda's regular clients, and the twins are kept busy. Nadya finally master's the crystal ball. It allows her to look into the past to find things and people. The usual murders and ghosts are hanging around, waiting to have their issues resolved. Let's not forget some surprise visitors who pay a visit to the girls in Bristol. Come along and enjoy the suspense and revelry that is Bedlam in Bristol, Book Two in the Traveler's Carnival and Sideshow.
