When a city girl is forced to move to the countryside to take over her dead aunt's decrepit hotel, mysterious events begin to occur and she is quickly forced to open her mind and her heart in order to discover the dark secrets of the hotel.

About the Author

Andreea Sandu was born in 1996 in Iowa City. At the age of 10, she published her first book, the poetry volume "I Will Be There," and later followed it up with a second volume, "Until Eighteen," at the age of 14. She recently published her first full-length novel, "Chaos in the Subway." She has received several academic honors and is a member of the French National Honor Society and the National Society of High School Scholars. She is currently a senior at Blacksburg High School in Blacksburg, Virginia.
