Something isn't quite right in Cristledown, Pennsylvania. Valk and Alissa are on the run and end up in a town that has more to it then the Sleepy Hollow atmosphere that it portrays. Through a series of events set in motion by Valk, an Ancient Celestial Beast is awakened and has the means to get freed from his prison and wreak havoc on the present world. Valk, a small time drug dealer and car thief is on the run after he and girlfriend Alissa get mixed up with a big time drug dealer from New Orleans and they barely escape with their lives. The veiled danger of Cristledown is even greater and Valk will have to use every bit of his cunning to try and save Alissa and himself from this Ancient Celestial Beast. The Beast, an ancient being that was once a creator of good, now depraved and evil. Imprisoned in an abyss, he awaits to be freed and let loose on the world. To accomplish this, he needs to embed seven souls into his sinister Walls of Eternal Torture. Seven people that embody the seven deadly sins. He can only do this through the tainted materials of the Cristledown Carousel. The Beast was here once before when the Carousel was first constructed, but was foiled by a person that was not of the seven deadly sins. Fifty years later the carousel is being reconstructed and the Beast is being givin a second chance. Seven Souls, his ticket to freedom.
