L. R. Gould grew up in upstate New York where a childhood on a working dairy farm provided fertile soil for a rich imagination. She migrated to Virginia where she graduated from the Virginia Military Institute. L. R. Gould currently works as a mechanical engineer and uses her spare time to spin stories. L. R. Gould lives in Virginia with her two kids and one itchy cockapoo.
