An arm detached itself from the mass, a hand reached out to her. Fingers scrabbled at her feet. Horrified, she shrank back. The man's head turned, the blistered lips writhed. "Stephanie...help me." Stephanie Cook's world has turned upside down. Fired from her job, her relationship with the man she loves in ruins, she makes a complete break from her old life. About the Author

I was born and raised in Wisconsin, and live there now. Ilove cheese popcorn, photography, crafting, animals, and nature. I enjoydepicting ordinary people caught up in extraordinary situations. I believe peopleshow their true selves when faced with danger, and how they react to that threatreveals their true selves.  My personal philosophy of horror is that knowledge is power,and it is better to turn and face what's coming to get you instead of lettingit sneak up and pounce upon your back unaware.
