If you are a fan of The Twilight Zone, then you will fit right in with this short story that will introduce you to John Weston, Captain John some like to call him. He will be your bus driver on this journey as you head out of New York City heading for Los Angeles. Don expect this to be a pleasant ride, your fell passengers are a bit off the deep end, shall we say, and I would be surprised if you make it to LA. Weston, a seasoned bus driver, is plagued with a group of bizarre travelers, all senior citizens, heading from New York to Los Angeles. Their obnoxious and crude behavior nearly drives Weston crazy until on the forth day of the grueling journey, the bus breaks down seventy miles east of Salina, Utah. It just so happens that his brother, Jake, owns a towing service in Salina but can't tow in the tour bus for several hours. Jake does, however, arrange to have an old school bus drive out and pick up the unruly travelers, a rescue mission, perhaps. When John finally does get to Salina, he discover that his passengers are not there, they were killed in a school bus accident. . .almost forty years earlier.
