Green Sunday

When TJ, a small time internet show host with his head in the clouds, met a strange green-haired girl in his secluded mountain town, he thought his luck was changing. Unfortunately, on her heels was a collection of sociopaths determined to destroy his hometown for the benefit of a deepweb gameshow’s cameras. And everyone in the town is an unwilling contestant.Forced to live out his fantasies for unseen internet viewers, TJ must play along so he can kill the bad guys, fight monstrous scientific abominations, get the girl, and save what remains of his burning town. Failing that, at least himself, his mother, and his collection of anime figures.

About the Author

Ryk Brink is not a New York Times bestseller but this is his first real published book so cut him slack. The South African-born British-bred writer, martial artist and avid knife collector, graduated the University of Central Lancashire in 2011 with a BA/BSc Honours degree in Criminology with Philosophy and has done nothing but belch nonsense on the internet since then. Starting out with a series of less than stellar web comics, one a comedy odd couple pairing of Jeffrey Dahmer with a straight-laced roommate named Greg, another about a Clown Samurai in a dieselpunk universe, and then another about a schizophrenic chased by assassins as he attempts to complete eating contests in a world that was like Lovecraft, David Lynch and Hunter S. Thompson did acid together. But, after several tiring years of dealing with shiftless artsy types he decided to branch off on his own and start painting canvases with words instead of manga studio.
