The Curious Monster (1)

This story is about a little boy that meets 11 monsters. Each monster has something to say and the little boy's curiosity leads him in determining or decoding the monster's message. Many of his methods of decoding the monster's message results in him using his dad's things wherein he never puts them back where they belong. The monster he meets are dubbed the belly monster, the closet monster, the cookie monster, the monster of the dark, the shadow monster, the drain monster, the cushion monster, the monster under the bed, the bedhead monster, the alien, the final monster(s)...mom and dad. In all, the boy is a playful character and is "the curious monster" giving his desire to learn. Each monster's message is meant to be said in different voices to make the read interactive and fun.

About the Author

Elliott Pauli is an author, singer/song writer of Prepulse, and pharmaceutical researcher. While growing up near New Orleans, Elliott gained a diverse interest and appreciation for all forms of art. He seeks to impact the world person by either supporting in the development of lifesaving treatments/cures and in providing laughter were it's needed most . Upon completing two albums, he shifted his personal interests to create a children's book for his first born. In all that he does, Elliott hopes his efforts in creating art and by working in pharmaceuticals will relay to his immediate family that anything is possible. His music and book is meant to entertain all ages.
