Famous demon hunter and part-time detective, Lynton Viñas, boards a ship in Cape Town, South Africa for a leisurely cruise to Lagos, Nigeria; however, she has a shabbily dressed, dark, ghostly fellow traveller who is trying to warn her of impending danger from spirits that are haunting the H.M.S. Wind Dancer. She will have to reckon with more than just ghostly apparitions, because the captain is trying to hide the truth from the passengers and crew, a truth that will imprison them all to the evil of the spirits that haunt the ship.
