The Paper Boy's Paper Route: Book I

Nothing is hidden forever; eventually it all becomes uncovered. The truth has a way of coming out regardless of how dark it may be. Even best-kept secrets aren't really kept forever. What's done in the dark will come to the light, but the only question is, can you handle it? No one's afraid of the priest who lived down the lane, near the church that he ministered at years ago, when he was a God-fearing man. No one's afraid of the rumors that he's Satan himself since the death of his son Marshall Roberts, twenty years ago, and his son's lover, Christian Thomas. No one believed that the spring between Mr. Roberts' house and the church had strange powers and that there are three sayings tied to the water itself. No one's afraid of anything anymore. Until now! Vengeance has a new name, and it's Natas Roberts, and he will stop at nothing until the injustice that was committed against his son and his son's lover is justified. Twenty years ago a horrendous crime took place and a promise for revenge was made with the sacrificing of souls and all those involved would pay when their firstborn sons turned twenty. Time is up. And the strange thing is, no one involved realized that their children were born during the three days it took for the local police to find the bodies of the two lovers during the weekend of June 27th, 28th and 29th. Christian Marshalls didn't believe in legends or folklore or old stories about mystical waters and springs and the stories that Mr. Roberts was the devil himself, and over the years, several fraternity boys went missing after visiting him or they came out as gay because of the rumors that they were sexually intimate with Mr. Roberts. In fact, rumor had it that Mrs. Roberts sacrificed her soul so that her husband could have the power to carry out their revenge plot and also that she did it so that her son and his lover could live again, someday. . . especially since they died on their twentieth birthday also. Christian and his best friend, Kelsey, had no idea what their twentieth birthday had in store for them, and they didn't have a lot of time to make sure they lived to see their twenty-first one. In fact, they had no idea what the next three days would entail at all. But they'd soon find out. The hard way!

My sweats still exposed my wet spot on them and I didn't feel like getting questioned by mom or dad so I made sure that I took my leftover newspapers and held them in front of me as I entered the house and went to my room and then jumped in the shower. All I could think about was Old Man Roberts' dick. I couldn't believe I was fascinated by how big it was. I've seen dicks in porn and also seen horse dicks on horses but never on a guy. It had to be at least twelve or thirteen inches and wrist thick and that ... was on soft. Why was I so intrigued by Mr. Roberts' dick? Was that how he got the frat boys to come by his place? The rumors? And then when they approached him and he showed it to them they were like hypnotized by it or something. It was hypnotic and it was definitely a conversation piece. Hell, I wasn't even completely gay but damn, I could see why gay guys were sometimes called size queens because I was sure they'd love to have something that big down their throat or in their ass, to at least say they conquered it.I found myself jacking off from the thought of feeling it, seeing it, tasting it and even losing my virginity to it. I had never been fucked by a guy, although I messed around with some on the low, I had never been fucked and the thought of some old man being my first, just never came to mind. Although Old Man Roberts wasn't old looking at all and for his age, he looked rather young and definitely nicely built. Maybe he sold his soul to the devil to keep him young looking. Whatever the case was, he looked just like his son Marshall did and he was very attractive and horse hung. I came all over the shower curtain just as my younger brother Tyler crashed through the door unannounced catching me off guard."Ummm," Tyler laughed. "I'm telling mama, Christian," he yelled out as he closed the door to the bathroom. "I caught you jacking off," he laughed."Get out!" I demanded. "Get out!""Fuck you big brother," Tyler said."Hand me my towel," I begged. Tyler grabbed the towel that was hanging up on the back of the door."If I give it to you," he said. "But you have to do something for me in return or else I'll tell mama and daddy that I caught you jacking off in the shower," he said threatening to blackmail me."What do you want?" I questioned."I need some beer," Tyler replied."Some beer," I returned. "Dude you're too young to be drinking!""If you don't get me some beer and some weed," Tyler continued, "I'mma tell everyone I caught you jacking off." He paused. "And I can see your cum juice on the shower curtain," he added.I looked down at the see through shower curtain and noticed my cum. It looked like thick milk running down it. I aimed the shower's water at it to wash it off. I had never cummed so much and so thick. I didn't know what was going on."Fuck you!" I answered."You gonna get it?" Tyler questioned. "Or do everyone in school find out about your jacking and shooting on the curtain?" He continued his reign of torture."Go see Old Man Roberts," I let out without thinking. "He will get you some beer but I'm not sure about the weed," I responded."Thanks bruh," Tyler replied. "I never thought about him. I guess it's true, he can get stuff for you," Tyler answered handing me the towel.I took it and wrapped it around my lower body. I grabbed him and pushed him up against the bathroom door."You stay away from Old Man Roberts," I warned."Why?" Tyler questioned."Just take my word," I said without saying too much. "Stay away from him." I gave him a very stern look and he saw my fear."Something's wrong?" Tyler remarked."No," I lied. "Nothing's wrong. He's a cool old man ... just don't need anyone ..." I started. "Especially someone your age, getting him busted for doing something that he shouldn't be doing because you and your friends are trying to have a good time." I hesitated. "Besides, you're still considered a minor." I threw out there."I'm eighteen years old," Tyler defended."You're seventeen," I remarked."No," Tyler stated. "I'm eighteen almost nineteen," he remarked. "And I'm not in high school," he answered. "I'm a freshman in college.""No you're not," I defended."Yes," Tyler informed. "Yes, I am." He protested. "My birthday is three days after yours," he continued."Did I lose a year or somethin?" I asked.Tyler looked at me and let out, "I was just joking," he cried out laughing. "I had you going there for a minute. You are so gullible," he laughed. "But I do turn eighteen in a week," he reminded."Damn you had me going," I wimped out. "Don't do that to me," I smirked."What's wrong?" Tyler asked. "You seem out of it," he observed."Nothing's wrong," I lied walking out of the bathroom with Tyler following me to my room."Dude something is wrong," Tyler remarked."No, it's not," I proceeded to get dressed, removing my towel in front of my brother and just slipping on a pair of jeans. In fact, they were the same jeans from yesterday and an Addiction tee-shirt."Dude you forgot your underwear," Tyler noticed."I'm good," I admitted. "Jeans are ok, besides, with the load you seen me bust ... left me pretty empty, so I'm sure I won't be getting another hard on this morning.""Whatever man," Tyler said. "It's not like I haven't seen you on hard before," he played with me. "Hell as much as I get hard, I'm surprised you hadn't said anything about it.""Maybe if it was big enough," I teased, "Then I would have probably said something about it." I laughed grabbing my lil bro around the neck and teasing his head with my fist."Stop dude," Tyler laughed out breaking my grip. The two of us walked out of my room and out of nowhere I said, "I'll get you some weed from a friend of mine from college but, you're own your own with the beer thing," I commented."Cool," Tyler responded. "I love you big brother," he quipped."Yeah right," I answered. "You're only saying that because I'm going to get you some weed and shit ... but you can't tell mom and dad about it and you damn sure better not get caught with it." I added. "And stay away from Old Man Roberts.""Ok," Tyler agreed. "I will." He let out. Then he went out the front door and got into a car that his friend was driving.I followed him out the door also and got into the Dodge Challenger that my parents had bought me my sophomore year in college with some of the money that I saved up from my paper route. They both told me that if I showed them that I wouldn't just live off them, that they'd help me and although my parents were comfortable, we were far from rich. I paid the down payment for the car and then a couple of months later, after making a couple of payments, they paid it off."Christian," father called out to me just as I got into the car. "Wait up!" he yelled.I saw him coming towards me, "Yeah, what is it dad?" I asked."Tomorrow is your twentieth birthday," Dad reminded. "I need you to stay away from the church," he cautioned."What are you talking about?" I questioned him."Just take my word for it," father returned. "Stay away from that old church on your paper route tomorrow and also Old Man Roberts' place," he warned.I shook my head in disbelief and shrugged my shoulders. "What's going on?" I asked him."Just take my word for it," father said trying not to reveal anything to me. "Stay away from the church and also Old Man Roberts' place.""Speaking of the church," I started to tell dad what happened earlier but I felt a cold chill and stopped as if something was keeping me from letting him know about the priest waving."What about the church?" father asked me curiously."Nothing," I said. I couldn't get it out. I wanted to say something but couldn't. "I gave Tyler my route anyway," I informed dad. "He needed to make the extra money so I let him take over my route.""Good," father sighed. "Glad to hear that.""Is there something you're not telling me?" I asked my dad looking at him curiously."No," father lied."Are you sure?" I asked."Yeah," father returned. "Just leave the past alone," he insisted turning his back to me and then walking away towards the house. Father was hiding something or at least not willing to tell me what was going on.I was going to be late for class and didn't have time to worry about finding out anything else from him at the time and needed to get going. I sighed as I started the car and drove off, looking back only once and then heading to class. I purposely drove past the church again and saw the priest standing in the door, talking to several other people, including a gorgeous black guy who turned to wave at me as I passed them. I felt a sudden chill and then I saw Mr. Roberts standing on his porch looking at me as if he knew I was coming by. He smiled.I looked in my rearview as I passed the church and the priests' face seemed like he was right there in the mirror startling me. He was pretty like an angel and it scared the shit out of me causing me to run a stop light. Luckily there were no cops were around and the screeching of the brakes of other cars, snapped me back to reality. I headed to class.CHAPTER 2CALL ME NATASClass was boring and as usual I was a few minutes late and the professor made sure that I understood that he wasn't giving me any more chances and would start docking me for being tardy and counting me absent, although he knew I had the paper route. He was one of the recipients of the paper as well and always spoke to me in the morning when I threw his paper to him at his front door. I understood he couldn't show favoritism because not only did I deliver his paper to him, I delivered Mr. Jacobs and Mr. Amari's too. There were a couple of times that Mr. Amari, a professor from South Africa who taught folk-lore, came out and got his paper while being naked with me watching him from a distance and he caught me looking and stood up so I could get a full frontal view. I had his class because I was definitely interested in the supernatural for some reason. Especially with all the rumors going around concerning the disappearance of a couple of guys around my age recently that started the town talking about Christian and Marshall coming back for revenge. I didn't believe it and I didn't question my father about my name although I was bi-racial, which was kind of symbolic being that Christian was a young white guy and Marshall was a young black guy. It still didn't mean a thing to me. It was just coincidence as far as I was concerned and blew it off."Dude," Case said coming up to me after class. "There's a huge party tonight on campus," he informed me. "You going?" he questioned."Nah, man," I replied. "Tomorrow's my birthday and mom and dad wanted to do something with me and Tyler tonight because dad had to go out of town.""Man, tomorrow is Saturday," Case replied."Yeah, I know," I sighed. "Tomorrow is Saturday and I'll be twenty years old and I have nothing to do." I added."Well," Case said. "You can always come to the party with me and you can hook up with Ashley," he revealed."Ashley doesn't even know I'm alive," I let out. "Besides, she's dating Brandon, I thought.""Nah, man, they broke up," Case remarked. "That was so yesterday," he informed."That's news to me," I said."That's because you're always in the library studying or watching someone's TV for current events," Case protested."I don't have time for girls right now," I informed. "I'm trying to focus on my journalism classes man because I'd like to do some creative writing for a television show or write a script for a movie or something man.""Dude," Case replied. "You're a dreamer." He let out. "Man if I looked half as good as you do without working out and shit," he paused, "I'd be fucking everything that walked." He admitted."And truly you would probably fuck everything that walked for real," I teased. "Male and female," I joked."Fuck you," Case stated jokingly. "It's not like you haven't had your dick sucked by a guy when you got high with me the last time," he reminded."Shhhh," I said putting my finger to my lip. "We aren't supposed to remind each other of that man." I recalled."Not even if it was me sucking your dick?" Case joked."Nah man," I spoke up. "Dude we're best friends and that shit shouldn't have happened. I'm surprised we are still hanging out," I kept going."Why you say that?" Case questioned."Because when you mix sex with friendship," I vocalized. "It destroys the friendship.""But it wasn't sex, it was just some good ass killa ass head," Case spoke up."Ok," I sighed. "Whatever!" I looked at him. "We still aren't supposed to talk about it. You know how uncomfortable it makes me. The possibility of someone finding out, and then saying something to our parents about it, makes me sick.""You know," Case started. "Your dad and my dad are best friends," he reminded."No shit," I threw out. "You know Case ... for a white boy, you're pretty observant at times," I teased."And for a half-breed," Case started. "You're pretty damn good with your sucking skills. Just think if you were sucking on Ashley's clit man. You'd make that bitch fall in love with you so fast." He teased me."Well that's not going to happen," I replied. "I have too much to do and fucking around isn't part of the equation." I paused. "Especially with a woman and less more Ashley," I added for some reason.Case looked at me as if to question what I had just said. However, he didn't comment and I honestly didn't retract what I had said. I had no idea where that came from, but it did.We were interrupted by overhearing one of the girls saying that there was a priest sighted at the old church today and no one knew anything about it. Both Case and I listened to her talking about it. We both agreed it was strange and I kept my knowledge about seeing the priest to myself."Someone must be turning twenty this weekend," the girl said. "You know what they say about the sons of the leaders of the fraternities that were involved in Christian and Marshall's death; that on their twentieth birthday the spring will reveal the past, the present and the future to anyone who drank of it, when the sons of the leaders turn twenty."I tried my best not to pay any attention to what the girl was saying, although it was scaring me some and it was definitely scaring Case because his birthday was today and he just turned twenty. He was playing it off, but I knew and he knew I knew. There were six of us within the next three days that were turning twenty; Kelsey, Julian and Mason, myself, Case and Wil. We all knew each other because we were raised around each other although four of us moved to different cities and were attending colleges there. We tried to shake off the eerie feeling that we both were getting and walked away from the girl."Dude," I let out. "I'm not going back to class." I informed."Yeah," Case replied. "I'm going to skip my next class too." He sighed. "Today is my birthday," he finally let out. "That's why I'm going to the party on campus tonight. I need to prove people wrong and that there is no such thing as ghost and shit." He said. "Maybe we can hang out together," he said smiling at me. I knew that smile and I knew what he was thinking.
