In an alternate world to ours rampant with supernatural creatures, Charles and Maria, two skilled monster hunters set out on a mission to help a small town where children are mysteriously going missing in the night. The two hunters, members of The Ministry, the most renowned demon hunting organization in America, initially accept a job that seems fairly straightforward for hunters of their caliber. However, they quickly find out that despite their heightened senses and magical abilities, they are entangled in a web of mysteries that is much deeper than they thought. As the two hunters are thrusted into a mystery shrouded by demonology, witchcraft, and otherworldly beings, they struggle with their own emotional turmoil of their past. Challenged by their inner demons, Charles and Maria must set aside their differences in order to protect the lives of those haunted by malicious forces in the night.
