As far as Friday nights go, Tia Stafford and her friends have had one of the best. The long-awaited sequel to their favourite movie premiered in town tonight and along with what seemed like half the population of the city they were on hand to witness it.Now they’re on their way to the train station, heading home, buoyant and in top spirits.A chance encounter with a couple of excited schoolmates reveals the film premiere wasn’t the only major event scheduled for this evening.Since it’s still early, with plenty of time to catch the last train, the cheery bunch of teenagers decide a detour off to City Park to investigate this other mysterious event couldn’t hurt.They couldn’t be more wrong.This apparent harmless detour is going to engulf them in a nightmarish tempest that none of them could have foreseen.This is no concert, no art show, no festival.
