An Angel's Whisper

A group of scientist open a portal with a machine to explore another dimension that they had learned from earlier experiments to a group of aliens described as creatures from the bible. The demons and fallen angels wreak havoc on the country. The story continues with Rya who goes to an art fair after having writers block and meets a girl named Sara who looks like his guardian angel Sarah. They have a date and hit it off until a few days later in the morning demons and fallen angels attack the town and destroy property and fight the police. Cars are on fire and people are being loaded into black busses and vans to be taken to internment camps. Rya takes a few belongings and makes a run for it, he meets a man named Joe and is taken under his wing to a secret hiding place with a group of militias are. Rya's guardian Angels, Sarah and Sarrjel land in the camp and are treated with distrust and hatred because they look like the fallen angels that destroyed the town. The angels have to earn their trust and they work with Joe and his second in command Grant to decide where they should go. They received a message from a militia in Marshfield Wisconsin to join them with the US Army. Rya tries to convince Joe to help him rescue his new girlfriend Sara and Joe reluctantly decides to help him. With the help of the angels they avoid being captured and killed. When they return the angels try to convince Joe and the militias to come with them to the capital of St. Paul Minnesota where they will reach salvation and safety from evil that has emerged. The militia don't trust them and the angels continue to try to win their trust by creating small miracles, inspirations and even help protect them from multiple attacks from dark army known as the "Ravens". When the militia realizes that the angels are telling the truth, they are mixed with emotion and conflicted to what they want to do. Should they risk losing their supplies and their lives to travel to the capital that is across the river and in the unknown? or travel the familiar road to Marshfield and live among friends and have enough supplies to last for years. Follow Rya and the militia and find out what happens in this suspenseful, dark , fantasy, christian novella. Follow the struggles of Joe and how he has to decide what is best for his people and the fear of the women being raped and the children being burned alive. Most of all envision the triumph of the angels as they bring hope and inspiration to those that have none.

About the Author

Ryan Keith Johnson was born in Stillwater Minnesota and grew up in Somerset Wisconsin. Ryan got interested in writing in third grade and after doing writing assignments in 4th grade as well as classes in summer school he decided by sixth grade that he wanted to be a writer. He began writing his first novel in sixth grade and finished it in eighth grade. The writer also started writing poems.
