A young couple moves into a house they know is haunted – and they like it. But the house also likes them. Just outside of a hamlet called Heart's Joy, the locals watch as Cal and Fiona move into an old New England manor called The Blue House, sold to them by the mysterious Mr. Zephyr. One local, Helen, has a secret: knowing the house is dangerous, she holds a hieroglyphic code that can, perhaps, destroy the house before it destroys whoever moves in.
