One thousand feet below the surface of the Gulf of Mexico, Hell awaits. The Cartel have found a new way to transport drugs: underwater tunnels. Hot on their trail, is newly recruited Border Elite Patrol Officer Andy and a team of hardcore mercenaries. He soon finds himself in a web of corruption and no one can be trusted.
