is the 4th Volume in a 4 part series.When the Creator tires of his Earth, as the grand puppet master that he is, he instigates a war in the worst hell dimension. As with most wars, only one side can win. As punishment for losing the battle, a hell god is cast down to a futuristic earth in human form. This futuristic media driven society is divided is by two classes, The Northern Norms and The South. An earth entirely divided by the Los Angeles river, that now resembles an inverted great wall of China. This former god must find the way back home and into the rightful place, but what is the rightful place of a former hell god? The only path back home is through The Carnival Of Dementia and through the ever watching eyes of the Northern Norm government. All hail, Tard, the future god of the world, and the mess humans have allowed to be created.
