London: 2012 For two years the Rift has snaked across the sky, an open gateway to Hell that encircles the globe. Policing the great metropolis of London was never easy but it used to be only the criminal underworld that coppers had to deal with. Now ne’er-do-wells with nothing to lose but their souls have discovered a whole new way to get away with everything from petty theft to murder…or maybe just a really, really old one.
