Kora finds herself in a parallel reality and soon encounters an angel of death named Percuvius. It is while questioning him that she learns of her untimely demise. Shocked, confused, and unable to move into the light, she goes back in the physical realm with Percuvius following close behind. It is during this time that they are joined by a recently departed family member. After becoming a trio, they reciprocate between the physical and the spiritual realm in search of clues.
