Barbara Eck Tosi received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Pennsylvania State University and an Associate degree in Education and Social Work from Williamsport Area Community College. She also attended Dickinson College. Barbara has worked for over thirty years in the hospitality, non-profit, and administrative fields. She currently lives in south central Pennsylvania with her husband and their cherished cat child, Gretel.
