Salam, my name is Ayesha and my abu exorcises jinns for a living. We live in Lahore, the city of jalebis which nestles in itself the supporters of Imran Khan and Jameel uncle is one of them. Abu got his eyes treated a long time back, but he can still see them. He has spent his years freeing houses and people of paranormal entities. If you ever visit us, we will tell you tales of women with crooked feet and demons that possessed minhal bhabhi or the man who hangs himself every year in chacha Akbar’s farms and we will also have ami’s mint kebabs. Abu sits near the fireplace and speaks of wondrous worlds with children whose laughter echoes in corridors and houses which stay empty. Do not be afraid for abu says that a bismillah a day keeps the jinns at bay.
