About the Author

Denise Willey Rusich was born April 5, 1956, in Norfolk, Virginia, to Doris and naval executive officer Ed Willey.(Mr. Willey found a small Japanese vase in Nagasaki shortly after the second atom bomb dropped on the island. The vase was burned on one side and unharmed on the other side and is currently on exhibit in the Road to Tokyo segment of the WWII Museum in New Orleans. The vase is an iconic symbol of the action that finally brought to a close a war that claimed an astonishing sixty million lives.)At the time of her death on April 22, 2014, Denise was married to Roland C. Rusich and resided in Mandeville, Louisiana. Denise was the mother of Jeremy J. Landry, Jason Z. Landry, and Jamie Rusich Schaefer and stepmother to Stephen C. Rusich. Denise was a registered nurse and worked at several hospitals in Louisiana over her career. The Eve Prophecy was her only book.
