About the Author

L.A. Nolan was born in Toronto, Canada, 1966. He was the first Canadian born member of his family whose roots are set firmly in Liverpool. A turbulent first stint in high school forced him to seek out his heritage and after living in England briefly, returned home to finish his secondary school education. After graduating a fire protection course at George Brown College, Nolan embarked on a back breaking career in pipe-fitting.Never fully settled, he began fiction writing in the late 80's. Armed with a short story and fiction composition diploma from Granton University, he experienced some limited success.True to his Generation X stereotype, Nolan's restlessness eventually led him to settle in the Asian sub-continent. With India as his base of operations, many years of extensive travel ensued. Motorcycling became the focus in 2014 - 2019. Nolan joined a motorcycle club and criss-crossed the country with reckless abandon.After breaking several bones on a desolate mountainside in the Himalayas, Nolan returned to New Delhi and refocused on his true passion of storytelling. Now in Bombay and at last achieving some level of peace, he continues riding motorcycles and is now writing full time.
