If you could be anything for one night, what would you be? Rosaline wants to travel, to see the world, to experience amazing things, but she struggles with feelings of inadequacy while attending classes and navigating relationships during her senior year of college. An invitation arrives, beckoning her to the mysterious and unknown Chimera Wood Manor for a masked costume ball on Halloween. Upon her arrival, she is ushered inside with the ominous warning to do two things: keep her mask on and leave by midnight. But from the moment she steps through the manor doors, one thing is obvious - nothing, and no one, will make leaving easy. Faced with fairies, soporific flowers, and an ostentatious knight, Rosaline has to pull every bit of determination out of herself to make her way out of the costume ball and back to the world she knows... before the clock chimes midnight.
