Descent into Darkness

Charlene, "Charlie" Sanders is about to embark on the journey of her life. She has engaged a notorious jungle guide named Alex Fagan, to re-trace the steps of her fiancé - who is missing after departing on an Archeology expedition in Brazil. But Fagan has a dubious past of his own, and may possibly be as dangerous as the jungle itself. However, her descent into the darkness of Brazil will lead her to the unthinkable. There are black forces at work in the jungle that are as incomprehensible as they are perilous. The young woman is heading into a nightmare of Santeria, betrayal and overwhelming terror.

About the Author

The author lives in at the foot of the Hill Country in Texas with her husband. They own a modest ranch, raising Longhorn cattle and Friesian Sport Horses. She has previously written three other novels, Silenced, Shadow of the Wolfen and its sequel, Shadow of the Storm, all available on Amazon.com
