Assassination Education

Assassination Education

Jason Simmons had it all, personally and professionally. He loved his wife, Julie, and after a prestigious career as a TV war correspondent, he transitioned to host the show, Ghost Stories of the Stars. Everything changed the night she was killed in a mugging. A year later the program is successful, but he’s struggling with the guilt of not being with her when the murder happened, thinking perhaps he could have prevented it. To most people it seems he’s moved on, but the reality is he’s dreaming of her death every night and coping with alcohol. Now, a fascinating new woman named Nikki has entered his life, and his dead wife may, or may not be communicating from beyond the grave. Can he hold it together as he’s thrust into a significant role in an extraordinary presidential race that Julie says will change the world?
