Bad Tommy

Something's terribly wrong with five-year-old Tommy and he's not the only one. They may look like children, but something else lurks under their skin. Tommy's mother, Judy, has to make a choice...find help, escape, or go insane. "Mommy, come watch cartoons wif me," a small voice drifts from under a locked door. Judy bites her bottom lip to hold back a gasp. Join Judy and her new friend Britney as they try to escape a city, both, over run by a race of creatures that come from a dark place called "the below", and a marital law put in place to exterminate the phenomenon from the public eye. Along the way, Judy and Britney find answers to a secrete that could change what humanity thinks about life, love and evil...but are they too late?

James Peaton is a writer and reader of fiction, preferring horror, thrillers, and mysteries. He considers himself to be one of Stephen Kings many "constant readers," and tends to lean toward that type of genre. He resides in Mesa Arizona with his wife and four children. Bad Tommy is his first published novel.
