Stacy Ulibarri was born in Fillmoore on All Hallows Eve. She has always had a talent for finding beauty in the darker side of life and has a love for all things horror and supernatural. This passion was the inspiration for her first title "Under Control" Book 1 in the Legion Trilogy.
