Twelve Tales of Darkness and Mirth

The world of humor and horror intersect in this entertaining collection of twelve tales of madness, mayhem, murder and mirth. Enjoy them at your own risk for who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of those who have no time for late night television?

From the Inside Flap

This collection deals with the darker side of human nature that lives within most of us, although acting on these impulses is thankfully reserved to a minute few. Consider poor Alan Adler, who sincerely wants to kill his mother-in-law and can't quite get it right, and Harvey Lupo, who cannot deal with a family curse that has taken over his life. Beatrice Canfield, seeking revenge on her cheating husband, is tired of her life and devises a scheme to get even with him and end her lonely existence at the same time. The idea of locking something evil inside rather than out is a concept covered in The Dark Side of The Door and in A Day In The Park, one lonely old lady shares a terrible secret with the animals she feeds in a local park.Shiver and chuckle your way through this new short story collection. If you are happy with the book, I would greatly appreciate it if you could take a moment to write a very short review. Also, please let me know if you do, so that I can thank you personally([email protected]). I also appreciate suggestions, if you feel so inclined. Thank you for your patronage.

From the Back Cover

Follow harmless Hortense Glover into New York's Riverside Park and meet her many unconventional animal friends. Meet Harvey Lupo who is dealing with the incredible horror of a hair-line that has the nerve to advance rather than recede. Beatrice Canfield is a woman who cannot do anything right, and that includes taking her own life. These and other tales explore the depths of human depravity, some with a smile and others...with a shiver.
