Paranormal Detective Pete Brooks Investigates the Fairston Theatre located on the campus of State University. The University was formed in 1873 and the theatre was built in 1939. The theatre received a $20 million renovation in 2013. The claims include a young boy who had been seen in the auditorium. A man in bib overalls had been seen in the Lighting and Sound Room. The lights in there will flicker on and off at times. Electricians can find nothing wrong. Voices and conversations had been heard in a theatre on a different floor. There was an uncomfortable feeling that lingered in a storage room. Props and tools seemed to get moved. Was the story of the boy true? What was causing the uneasiness in the storage room? Who was moving tools? With no recorded deaths at the theatre, who was behind the activity?
