Mindy is ready to spend the summer with her brother Jack and his wife Lily. They live in a big lake house that has belonged to Lily's family for many years. Lily's niece Jasmine will also spend the summer at Lee Lake house with Mindy. When Mindy arrives to the lake house, she notices a young lady staring down at her in the window. Mindy asks Lily if Jasmine has already arrived. Lily tells Mindy that Jasmine is still on her way to the lake house. Mindy discovers that the mystery girl is Jasmine's sister Tina. Tina went missing years ago while at Lee Lake house. Jasmine and Mindy work together to see why Tina's ghost keeps appearing to them!
