Life Through Time

In 2007 I became interested in the exploration of past lives and past life regressions. After a little reading and research, I was able to journey back to where I once was. The results were surprising and are the basis of this book. That first regression has made me a believer simply because the era of that lifetime was one I had never studied or researched. Subsequently, I was able to discover some of the details and information making it historically valid. In additional regressions, I have found similar validations of events. This novel is not intended as a guide or thesis on the topic of Past Life Regeneration but rather a tale that blends what I have seen in my past lives with an element of fiction. There are some elements of fiction involved in the story. However, I do not dismiss the possibility that the fictional portions of this work might be my subconscious mind recalling additional details from the past.

About the Author

I am a retired Police Detective from the Manchester Police Department in Connecticut and although I spent much time writing reports, "just the facts ma'am," they do not have the satisfying impact of creating works of fiction. So after retirement, I added to my Bucket List - 'Write a Book.' I thought maybe 200 pages seemed a good number, but in the end, I published the 1400+ page 'The Event Trilogy' and a subsequent follow-up book 'Filling in the Cracks' that expands upon some of the individual characters and their end. I currently live in Connecticut where in addition to writing I spend time kart racing, traveling and working on a living life to the fullest.
