Sally is excited to be living in beautiful Whitfield sorority house and welcomes the quietness of her attic bedroom, until strange sounds, voices and terrifying apparitions appear. Whitfield House holds a grisly past which none of the girls are aware of. When she confides in the house's groundskeeper about the horrifying events occurring in the house, he gives her chilling details. As she returns to the house after talking to him, she glances up at the attic window, and sees an apparition so scary that she questions her sanity and wonders if she will survive the semester at Whitfield Mansion.
