The Shekra: The Fourth Dawning Book One

Once, the Ontharri, angelic beings sent by the Gods, ruled over the world. They were tasked with bringing peace and prosperity to all the peoples of Aminshar. They failed.Now, the world lies in ruin, divided. Demons roam the world, preying on the weak and helpless. Amidst this chaos, one organization, the Shekra, dares to stand defiant. Led by the eighteen remaining Ontharri, the Shekra are sent out to exterminate evil and enforce peace at any cost.One man, Sazen, a member of the Shekra, is sent on a perilous mission to find missing children. It is in the execution of this mission that he discovers the specter of the ancient Ontharri King, Aeon. Aeon imparts a message of imminent disaster-- of a demonic army looming, ready to invade, organized in a fashion the world has not seen since the fall of the ancients. Sazen and his companions must unite to determine the source of this evil, and the terrifying truths at its core. Much, however, stands to be lost-- and the cost of victory may very well be Sazen's soul.This is the Fourth Dawning. This is the age in which blood shall run.
