"SPOOK" HUNTER is a horror film script. Lee Hunter, a fraidy-cat ghost buster, must survive while investigating Bell Manor. If ‘Spook’ lives through the experience he may inherit a family fortune. A timid adventurer inherits his father’s ghost busting business. The first assignment is an investigation at Bell Manor where he reunites with his lovely Aunt, "CAROL BELL," an undying succubus, who hasn’t aged a day in twenty years. Sheriff Ben Taylor is searching for a bag of gold coins hidden in the mansion. Lee’s uncle Derek has been killed by Carol’s lover Baker Bell while robbing the estate. Lee stumbles upon the treasure and becomes a prime suspect in the Sheriff’s murder investigation. Derek’s death has been declared a suicide causing his spirit to seek revenge. 'Spook' has to lay several family ghosts to rest while convincing Carol Bell to stay dead and buried.
