Finders Keepers, Losers Weepers

In this sequel to ""Time Waits for No One"", it is six years later, and Devon Ainsworth, a well-known novelist, is living in a rural community with her husband, Jeremiah Ainsworth, and their five-year old twins, Jeremiah, Jr. and Jessica. Devon's life is in peril once again when she begins writing a new novel based on Margaret Johnson's murder and the disappearance of her two children, Joseph and Isabelle, which occurred twenty-five years ago in the general vicinity where Devon and her family now reside. Someone doesn't want Devon to write this book and will do whatever is necessary to prevent her from discovering the truth about the Johnson family. When the ghosts of two young children first appear to Devon and Jeremiah's children, they assume their son and daughter are inventing imaginary playmates. They soon realize, however, that their children's new playmates are really the ghosts of the Johnson children who disappeared the same day their mother was murdered in June 1989. When the remains of these children are discovered in an old abandoned well on Jeremiah and Devon's country estate, they think the mystery is solved, but the haunting is not over, it has only begun.
