About the Author

Janice Thayer has been writing stories since she was a child, and she always wanted to publish a book. After working for most of her life, and raising four children and a grandson, she decided to pursue her lifelong dream of writing. She was born in Alabama, but grew up in Southern California. She returned to Alabama in her twenties, but married an Army soldier and moved to Germany, and then to Colorado. After nineteen years she returned to Alabama where she now lives with her husband. Janice is active in her community home owners association and church. She and her husband love to travel and spend time with their children, grandchildren, family and friends.
