For Detective Chase Rivers, life can be rather depressing. A condescending boss, a complicated love life, and a lack of concern for overall hygiene all amount to a place most people don’t want to end up in the latter days of life. In spite of it all, Rivers endures the menial tasks and unworkable leads so long as it puts him one day closer to retirement. Things persist like this for a time, until one day, a real case ends up in his lap. Unfortunately for Rivers, the case entails an unusual spin that may or may not involve the local town’s historical familiarity with Bigfoot. To solve the case, does the detective heed years of training in hard science, or suspend his disbelief long enough to uncover what really happened?
