Seven strangers are trapped in a remote and lonely railway station on the desolate Yorkshire moors when a freak storm brings a tree down on the tracks. As railway staff battle to clear the line further north, it becomes apparent that those stranded will be there for the night, and they reluctantly settle down in the waiting room as the storm rages about the exposed moorland. Who lurks in the dimly lit station, watching the passengers as they huddle around the fire? And what lies in wait for them outside on the storm-tossed moor? One by one, stories are told and secrets revealed, and it soon becomes unnervingly evident to those seeking sanctuary at the old station that things at Little Hubery are not what they seem.
