Skylar is going through a quarter life crisis and decides to quit his job and move in with his wealthy aunt. He realizes that although he loves his aunt, he has to be an adult and move out. He finds a cheap house for sale and decides to wing it and just buy it. As soon as he buys the house, he starts experiencing strange things and hearing strange noises. Armed with sarcasm and a brain that never shuts up, he starts to unravel the mystery as soon as it starts happening. The experiences begin to intensify and his new neighbor, Joan, starts watching him from her window. Does she know something that he doesn’t?
