Jenna Paxton, a smart attractive woman, was beset with insecurities and fears right from age of four. Abandoned by her parents, and left to be raised by an acquaintance of her mother's, she struggled throughout her teens dealing with her unresolved emotional issues, never feeling worthy of love. Andrea, her best friend, supports her and encourages her to move forward with her life. Jenna meets Gary, falls in love, marries him, and one day he dies unexpectedly.

About the Author

Jeannine Fortier has written many short stories over the years and had poems included in published anthologies. She lives near Niagara Falls, Canada, sharing a home with her three gorgeous cats, Buffy, Terra, and Jack.
