Colder Greyer Stones

An expansion of 'Cold Grey Stones'. Released in 2012, the book contained eleven wonderful and rich-textured stories, all previously uncollected, five of which appeared for the first time anywhere and all of which deserved to be treasured. Tanith had originally intended to write one further new story for the book, a novelette called “The Frost Watcher”, a tale inspired by her husband John’s cover art. In the event, for a variety of reasons, “The Frost Watcher” failed to be either completed or included. Now, it has been, and it seems foolish to publish this extraordinary story anywhere other than beneath the cover that inspired it. So, we have taken the decision to issue Colder Greyer Stones, a collection containing all the stories in the original volume but with the addition of this new tale, which finally appears where it was always intended to.
