Julia and Vinson are having the same dreams – dreams that mirror the lives of two young lovers who lived in their town twenty years prior. The past and present bleed into one another as the dreams prove to be memories. The pair set out to discover what happened to the lovers of the past, hoping to unravel the mysterious link they seem to share before the dreams permanently unravel their sanity. Psychologist Olivia Baen is swept into the mystery after she’s called to treat Julia and Vinson. She considers Julia delusional, in love with the ghost from her dreams, and fears Vinson suicidal until she begins to realize that the path they’re on just might lead to her own absolution from the memory of a boy she failed to save several years prior. As past and present collide ghosts both living and dead rise to reveal a person is not haunted as he or she walks alongside spooks in the shadows – the haunting begins once the spirits have left them behind.
