Four Weird Tales, was written by English broadcasting narrator, journalist, novelist and short story writer Algernon Blackwood. The work consists of weird tales, written by Blackwood in the early twentieth century. The Insanity of Jones is a story of a man who seeks revenge for wrong done to him in a previous life. The Man Who Found Out is a story about discovering the ultimate secret of the universe, and finding out that you cannot live with that terrible knowledge. The Glamour of the Snow follows the experience of a man whilst skiing in the mountains becomes enchanted by a beautiful and mysterious young woman he meets in the dead of night. The story Sand is about the old religion of Ancient Egypt, where the protagonist joins two strangers to take part in a mysterious ritual.
